Get fitter, stronger, and less pain
FITT WITH TIFF
At 6, I dreamed of curing people's pain. At 7, I was obsessed with studying muscle charts. At 12, I aspired to be a physiotherapist. I have always been physically active and loved helping others find their recipes to become more active. Having been a qualified trainer since 2018, I have helped many people achieve their health and fitness goals. Now, I combine scientific evidence in rehab, movement, and training with years of experience to provide personalized plans based on anatomy, biomechanics, injury and pain management expertise, and behavioural change techniques.
FITT in kinesiology terms is an acronym for training variables (Frequency, Intensity, Time, Type). My approach goes back to the fundamentals of the FITT principle, but I am skilled in fine-tuning these parameters to deliver amazing and effective results. My name is TIFF, and FITT is a matching brand name, after all! Finally, "fitt with tiff" is not only about being physically fit. I consider the whole person. Ultimately, wellness necessitates being physically, psychologically, socially, and spiritually "fit".
